Wow! Had no idea people actually listened to Trance in this town. Name's Chris. Spent 2 years in London and got hooked on Hard Dance in a big way. Have been back in Vancouver for about a year and haven't seen the slightest glimpse of an EDM scene since.
Mainly just looking for a place to hang out and talk about the music with knowledgable people. Sick of having my RL friends ask me:

lots of trance parties coming up this summer pretty much everywhere in .ca, wherever it is you're located
TA is the place to find out about most of the major ones and a few small ones too |

Cool, good to see all the parties listed.
One thing though, I haven't really heard of any regular local nights around. Is there anything like that around that I'm missing? Good to see relatively big name DJ's pass through town regularly, but I'm curious about smaller, local stuff too. |

as of right now, there are no regular trance nights in vancouver. it sucks, but they all kinda seized to exist at the same time around february/march :(
well, not thats not exactly true actually. there is 1 trance night, but i highly recommend against going to it. if you know anything about trance, and i assume you do, you will run from the club screaming because the 'DJs' who spin at that night literally masacre the music |
