great party indeed, too bad ronski speed only played 2 hours, things were just getting started. danny did a really nice job on this one. everyone who showed up looked like they were having fun. this time i actually recognized about half the tracks :p

Hehe, good show, I liked the 2nd hour better than the first, possibly had some issues getting used to the setup, etc.
I don't think he was impressed when he was signing my poster and asked me if I thought it was good, I was pretty tired (only 2 hours of sleep night before) and asked if he meant the poster or the set, and he gave me a look that was priceless. |

That is about the only tune I can remember being played that wasn't mentioned.
So onto my review. Overall I was impressed with Ronski as a DJ. Considering I hadn't heard a thing about his skills behind the decks, I wasn't expecting to be blown away but I was very pleased with his set eventhough I was rather tired the last 45 mins. He showed lots of variation is his mixing which is something you don't get from trance DJ's these days. His crowd interaction was great, especially as the set went on. The track selection was good(a little too trancy in parts :p) and the programming was decent. I would have been dancing my ass off the whole time but I made a crtical mistake by sitting down half way through the set and had a tough time getting my ass up :(
Anyways, it was just nice to get off the island for a night and hang out with some great people. Nice to see Aneglo, Elena, Greg, Bryan, Jake, Sean and some other recognizable faces :) And of course thanks to Danny for again, doing what he can to further the scene(too bad there wasn't a bigger turnout) and for letting me crash at his place :cool:
I had a GREAT time and I look forward to seeing everyone again @ Misja!!!!
