this night sucked! i've never walked out on a party because the dj sucked more than a vacuum cleaner. boring is one word that comes to mind. to much bass,treble to low, bunk build-ups, actually no build-ups, slowest dj i've ever heard (well he was playing house) no crowd participation at all, everyone was just waiting for something hype could'nt he tell that? only he never brought it. like i said he was playing prog. house but it was bad though, i've been to prog. house parties before and had a blast Max, nick warren, danny tenaglia, hernan cattaneo, etc... but this guy was slow, i'm sure that some peeps liked him cause calgary's full of bunk house junkies, and the club was reasonably packed, but from the moment i met him at the bar
he seemed dull and that's exactly what he was a dull dj, if he had of picked the tempo up some it would have been a bit better, but he still sucks.
what i am looking forward to is the renaissance night with danny howells, i've got a few live sets of his and he sounds hype must be why he's #10 in the world. that's going to be one hell of a party! |
