---Review--- Jondi and Spesh, The Mark, Atlanta

what a night!!!!! i really was not expecting that much, so i was NICELY surprised! :D
so mario, javi, stephen, myself, and our friend lauren were the only peeps from the regular party crew who decided to go. we show up to the mark around 11:30, get in for FREE (thanks Hagen!!!!), then head downstairs... it's pretty empty, so we decide it would be a nice time to start kicking back drinks. we all know how they pour em at the mark ( ;) ), and of course it's always fun to order drinks from our favorite bar tender hehe, so we were SET :eyes: we ran into Corey, who was also chillin behind the decks with John Marr at the beginning of the night. By the time Jondi and Spesh take the decks, the club is pretty crowded - nothing like Sander or j00f, but definitely a nice party. this is when the FUN started - I had NO idea how good these guys were!!! Jondi (red shirt?) had a really nice style, really nice progressive house. Spesh (grey shirt?) absolutely DESTROYED the place though - this guy throws down some SICK tracks!! :crazy: we didn't recognize very many tracks, aside from a dub of mathew dekay - more money more powder, and a track off of sasha's involver... the crowd was definitely really into the music, and you could tell by the looks on their faces that Jondi and Spesh were too :)
awesome night yall!! thanks again Hagen :) you definitely need to bring these guys back, but advertise more - because they know how to work the crowd like few others!

chillin night... defenetly more than i expected.. those guys rocked the place.... i liked the red shirt guy... i dont know which one was who but he played sick sick tracks...

The guys had a great time here in Atlanta. Although a light crowd for us...the vibe was solid and the tunes were amazing!

Since I was in Charlotte for Tiesto on Thursday, I got into town late (only an hour before the event) and did not have time to set up the DAT to record.
Damn late nights and road trips back to Atlanta! :haha:
Anyway thanks for the continual support in 04' and heres to an amazing 05' as we already have several events planned that will bring some smiles to your face! |
