LOL, that's what I get for coming up with so many food analogies. What is the Annex? The best Chinese food I've had is at Peter's Chung King downtown, but that's not a buffet - for buffet I always liked Oriental Feast on VP, mainly because it's huge and they have tons of different dishes at any given time.
