Ahh RJ.. I'm sure most people recognize the consequences of procrastination, yet fail to take action (me amongst them :p)

re. your generalization: can't pain be good sometimes, and isn't doing these things pleasureable? :D *although wether or not you should be doing things that are painful yet good is another story ;)

i got thru uni just fine procrastinating like crazy .. i think i musta expensed the least amount of effort in my entire class..

well dude, that means that you are naturally clever, i study 50 times more than my roomate who is in the same program as me and he gets straight A's, i dont know how he does it.
