1, for the people who are responsible enough to control their habits and 2, for the poor guy who no-one helped. my sympathys
I had heard the sniffer dogs had been going around to minour/majour events for a while and police had been attempting to make it more occurant - country areas (Geelong for example) have been using it often, i personally think it may be because they have nothing better to do.
Also the swab test had been planned to be implemented around December 2nd/12 so it isn't the guys irresponsibility that made this happen - it will clearly mean they police will just crack down more.
=/ It seems no matter where it is their will always be problems like such. |
