an undergound event with the city's permission. |
oxymoron.
only legal events can occur witht the cities permission. they take an expensive permit. the only way to break even is to do a quite large party. That requires futrthur expenses (police, security, gates, buildign inspectors, fire-marshalls, etc.) Thousands of $$$.
Underground option #1
special event licensed location, example : korean cc. they have a SEL which allows them to go past 2am as long as they observe building, fire and noise laws. This is for weddings, birthdays, and stuff. If you observe laws to the maximum you have a chance of not being shut down. If you draw attention in a horrible way, bye bye rave, but if theres managle amounts of people and noise and everythings under control they may let you continue.
Underground option # 2
No permits, etc etc. If you draw attention, bye bye rave. This is what you threw.
For option #2, try throwing rural location events or bush parties. Way safer and way less chance of being busted. Soundproof is the best company in the city for these events. |
