Do you have a minuet to take a survey on college papers and magazines? I am considering starting a magazine for ‘university aged’ people in the greater Vancouver area. If you consent to filling out this survey your information will not be used except for this experiment. After we collect our information it will either be filed for future research for this magazine or it will be carefully discarded. The information you give will be kept private and will be greatly appreciated! First of all are you between the ages of 18 and 26?

8. georgia strait is primarily an entertainment/lifestyle based fluff job but occasionally has a decent article on an event or restaurant.
9.i wish there was a fair amount of attention spread between every genre of music entertainment in this city. It seems the entertainment woman will only write about you if you are the black eyed peas or swollen member (although she did write a kick ass article about Wicked Lester - view said article on the boomtown wall) - I'd like to see electronic events more prominently featured, and not just when Tiesto comes to town. It seems that the georgia strait like most media outlets refuse to acknowledge the growing love for electronic music and prefer to ignore it like it is some phase that will pass. There is more than hip hop and top 40 that happens in this city and four major events on oct 30th all sold out proves electronica has a very strong following.

14.yes. people are fickle. if your mag looks like the dog's breakfast most people will not pick it up. it is always better to package good work in a bow than in a potatoe sack....
15.Sean this survey is retarded. who wrote this?!?!?! the last few questions are repetitive and i have already addressed them in my magazine spiel. Good luck with your project.
