I don't know if a thread like this already exists here in the gaming forum, and the search function is ed up, so here goes.
What's your fav. Star Wars game? For any system?
Mine would have to be the Jedi Knight Series, starting with Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II, the game where Kyle Katarn made his debut. Jedi Outcast followed, and that had my fav. JK stage EVER, the Yavin Trial, where Kyle was going to get his lightsaber back, and the music is from Episode IV when Luke had just left Uncle Owen and Aunt Peru to go back to the garage when he looked at the twin suns. That music is sooo good. Jedi Academy is friggin' awesome, being able to customize ur character and lightsaber.
I have yet to try Battlefront. If it ISN'T a First/Third person shooter, then I won't waste my time or money.

Battlefront was pretty fun. I haven't played TONS of the Star Wars games, so I may not count for much. Knights of the Old Republic was fun as hell though.
If you have played Battlefield 1942, and kinda like it, you will like Battlefront. |

the best SW game will continue to be Tie Fighter until they bring out something similar.

For me, it all started with Dark Forces I for the PC. :wtf: :stongue:
That game was old-school pwnage ala Doom :D
Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight took the simple concept and expanded it to excellent lengths - I love how you got to know a character (from the first one) and slowly transformed him into a Jedi badass spanning over 2 games - pure SW genius ;)
Rogue Leader for the Gamecube is pretty much the best flying sim game I've ever played - it would be even better on a giant screen ;)
The greatest one of them all, though, is (for me) KotOR. There is no comparison. Knights of the Old republic reigns supreme over all star Wars games and can only get better when the sequal comes out. :D |

i like the dark forces series of games they were pretty damn good particularly dark forces 2
x-wing alliance was a good game aswell
the best recent one is probably knights of the old republic |
