asking for list of good record labels inherently implies that you shouldnt be submitting music to a record labels... it totaly depends on what style of music you are making and what style the record company is looking for. sending your stuff off to where ever is always good... but it helps if there is a way for them to give you some feedback, and make sure its copyrighted before you send it out...
