Future Entertainment, Pharmacy, Loaded and Hard Kandy present...
“Tidy – Music for the Harder Generation. The First Official Tidy Event”
Tidy has finally arrived down under! After many legendary Tidy weekenders, a massive arena at this years Creamfields and enough productions to sink a battleship, Tidy has arrived to tear up Australia. Future, Pharmacy, Loaded and Hard Kandy are proud to present the very first official Tidy event this Cup Eve at QBH featuring Johan Gielen (Netherlands), The Tidy Boys (UK) and Lee Haslam (UK).
Tidy Boys
The Tidy Boys are Andy Pickles and Amadeus Mozart who are also the founders of the Tidy Empire. These include all the Tidy labels,;Tidy Trax, Tidy Two, Untidy and the forthcoming addition, Synapse. Along with the Tidy Events Team they are responsible for the Tidy Weekenders, Magna events and one off events at various clubs in the UK and around the world. They are now bringing the first full-blown Tidy Branded tour to Australian shores.
Johan Gielen
It was in his Belgian homeland that a young Johan Gielen first spread his now mighty wings as a seventeen year old DJ novice. He has come a long way since those days and now soars with the greats as part of the Dutch ID&T family. His seemless blend of burly tech trance fused with uplifting and hard trance elements has assures his meteoric rise through the ranks, resulting in this year being voted into position 24 in DJ Mag’s top 100 list! .
Besides DJ'ing Johan is a very successful trance producer in his own right working as half of production team ‘Svenson & Gielen. Johan and Svenson are behind European smash hit's from ‘Airscape’ as well as ‘Blood Is Pumpin’ and ‘The Beauty Of Silence’. Furthermore they are well known for their remixing skills which can be heard on productions by the likes of Chicane, Delirium, Tiësto, Boy George plus many more. The Dutch dynamo finally makes his way deep down under for his first Australian performance!
Lee Haslam
Though Tidy are more readily associated with hard house through their main Tidy Trax imprint, Label Manager Lee Haslam ensures there is another dimension to the Tidy phenomenon. Surprisingly for some, given his position within one of biggest Hard House labels in the world, Haslam is actually a hard trance DJ and has learnt his mesmerising skills from some of the best DJ's and producers on the circuit. He was rewarded for his dedication to the scene at the Hard Dance Awards 2003 by winning Best Resident.
With the launch of Tidy’s third label Tidy Two’ in 2003, Tidy now have a dedicated forum for hard-edged anthemic trance and Haslam has the perfect outlet for his talents. One of the label's biggest releases to date was Lee's very own Music is the Drug. The energy and elevation he generates through his seamless mixing and vibrant personality, rocks dance floors the world over and his reputation has grown at an impressive rate.
Don’t miss the first official Tidy event this Cup Eve at QBH.

Yoji Biomehanika
If any proof were needed that hard dance has become a truly international phenomenon it is the success of Japanese DJ/producer, Yoji Biomehanika. Yoji has achieved rock star status in his own country and across the globe with his inimitable brand of belting hard music and his eternally effervescent stage presence. Yoji has grown into such an icon that Japanese clubbers can now even buy a Yoji Biomehanika watch especially made by Seiko.
Yoji is the mutant DJ behind anthems such as ‘Ding A Ling’ and ‘Theme From Banginglobe’ plus massive remixes including Mauro Picotto’s ‘Iguana’, Gouryella’s ‘Ligaya’ and the Dj Scot Project classic ‘Hands Up’. After blasting the most prestigious dance floors from the four corners of the globe Yoji Biomehanika makes his long awaited return to Australia for this very special performance.
