I am sorry to announce that the Paul Van Dyk show has been postponed. The show will still happen and hopefully within 20 - 45 days after the original scheduled date. If you have already purchased a ticket and by chance show up to Plush on Friday, October 15th you will be admitted for free with your PVD ticket and all tickets will still be honored at the rescheduled PVD event. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Paul Van Dyk has to have emergency oral surgery this Tuesday, therefore he will not be performing in Jacksonville. I am working on rescheduling a new date. Please stop all advertisements regarding this event, scheduled for Friday, October 15 at Plush. I will contact everyone involved as soon as I know more. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. This is beyond my control. An official press release will follow soon.
Here is the mail that I recieved today ... Friday, October 8th.
We regret to announce that Paul van Dyk has to postpone his 3 US shows on 14/15/16th of October 2004.
Due to an urgent oral surgery on Tuesday, Paul van Dyk was advised that he will not be able to fly for the week following the surgery due to obvious problems that could be caused by air pressure changes.
PVD is truly sorry about having to postpone his performances and we will try to reschedule the gigs as soon as possible. We hope to have the new dates next week online on www.paulvandyk.com
I will keep everyone informed on the date that has been rescheduled for him. Sorry for the inconvenience, but rest assured the situation is being handled at it's best and Paul Van Dyk will still be playing in Jacksonville very soon. |
