| I dont think ICON does student discount... at least it doesnt say on the site? oh well $8 isnt bad to see him... just dont think its going to be packed though... cause i havent heard to many peeps talking about it. |

Ya why is that? they have so much potential to bring profits in if they just promoted... why spend the money to get these people here if you dont want to spend on marketing ... who wants to be a dj like Seb playing in a dull boring ass club because the owner never promoted? NOT ME! truthfully i have seen more people at alpha bar on a thursday night than i have with a night at ICON with a really good DJ. I'm thankful that they do bring in great acts but they should at least make it worth their while. |

Reason is, the management is not smart. They are all about cheep money. So many problems in that management and they own half the clubs downtown. I know this first hand because i did a job fixing some things in Icon and they were the most unprofessional business whatever i have ever delt with. You wonder why the scene here is not as good as it could be. |

I was there for Infiniti and Oakenfold. Both times it was PACKED. |
