ferry corsten has quoted the same thing (can anybody help with a link?), trance is finding its new form by reintroducing past sounds, which is probably why there are so many old releases in his new mix CD...
tech trance might be the direction the trance is heading at the moment, but i reckon ferry/misja/cor fijneman/other dutch djs will still produce uplifting stuff...

dont get me wrong..i still love trance and armin etc...but im finding guys like ferry etc have really lost the plot and im more appreciative hearing sets from guys who are taking the sound further such as joof... |

So armins confirmed for Sydney and Melbourne on nYE? could somebody pls clarify for me how this is gona play out, does he do half and half or soemthing? (which i think someone suggested in the Sydney thread)
also for those coming over from perth it'd be great to know if/when tickets can be booked in advance, if anyone's privy to this sorta info yet. cheers people :) |
