the best way is what ste said. make a bomb. get a rizla, fold it in half (across the thin way to make a little X of folds with the one thats already there), then put your powder in the middle and push it together so. it all closes round it, and twist the long bits to shut it up.
if its just pill dust, i wouldnt bother too much. |
