לאקי, קראתי את הפוסט שלך ולכן החלטתי לפתוח פוסט חדש שדן בזה...
לפי מה ששמעתי בחדשות ובכל ערוצי הטלויזיה האמריקאים, נשיא ארה"ב לא
רוצה שישראל תהיה בקואליציה נגד הטרור מכיוון שמדינות ערב נמצאות בה...
זה אומר שבוש רוצה שבזמן שארה"ב תילחם, ישראל לא תעשה כלום, בדיוק מה שקרה לפני 10 שנים במלחמת המפרץ...
אני אישית לא תומך בזה כי גם ישראל נאבקת בטרור ואני חושב שמשחק לנו תפקיד חשוב כאן, אם ארה"ב תתקוף את עיראק, מן הסתם ישראל תהיה המטרה העיקרית של עיראק..
ולכן, בתור חייל בצה"ל שבמקרה של מלחמה יגוייס לגייסות הלוחמות... תומך באפשרות של התערבות של ישראל כי חלאס, נשבר הזין מכל הפיגועים וההרוגים והערבים המגעילים האלה שמזהמים לנו ת'מדינה ואני אומר שזה הזמן הכי טוב לדפוק בהם מכה כמו שצריך, כל העולם נמצא עכשיו במתח בגלל ארה"ב, במיוחד מדינות ערב ואני אומר שאם ישראל תצטרף, זה יפתיע מאוד ולכן יש לנו סיכוי טוב לנצח במלחמה הזו...
למי שחושב שלא תהיה מלחמה יש לי רק דבר אחד לומר... אתם תמימים מדי, אין מצב שארה"ב לא תפתח במלחמה, עכשיו או אח"כ, הזמן יגיע וישראל תיאלץ להתמודד עם דילמה עצבנית ביותר שהיא :
להסתכל מהצד או להצטרף!

well this is a very hot topic and there are many sides and issues to bring up.
i personally am insulted that isreal is not in the coalition but that said i dont see why it really matters. you know as well as I that isreal and USA have a deep startegic alliance... far deeper than with any country around that area. so the question arises why help and risk your soldiers on a conflict that can be taken care by your friend? let them do the dirty work... plus the second isreal is threatened in any way the US will have to step in to defend isreal, like they did during the gulf war with the patriot missles and intellegence work. another point is that by isreal not being in the coalition other arab contries will join the alliance meaning those same countries wont act out alone and defy the coalition by attacking isreal. i think its for the best that isreal lay low. everyone with any military knowledge knows that isreal is by far one of the most powerful army pound for pound (kilo for kilo, hehe).
As for dealing with terrorism this is where isreal need to be a part of coalition... in fact america has a lot to learn from isreali anti-terrorism divisions. also dont take it as coincedence that there has been a cooling off period lately in the "staheem". america had delegations talk to arafat and basicly threatened him to stop as much as he can and keep that part of the world quiet so they can deal with afgan.
since im in the US i get to see it through their prespective but i also know how its like in isreal, plus i still read isreali newspapers online. you guys may disagree with what i said but this should be a really interesting thread...

I think that non of this will happen... I mean, Arafat won't stop his in Israel... we just had a killed soldier from Palastinian's shooting inccident, I think Israel should strike and strike them when it really hurts... and that will be Iraq's nuclear stations and Arafat himself... the situation couldn't get worse if we do that because the US are alrady pissed off at them and i'm pretty sure they'll join Israel and I assume that the UK, Spain and French will also join...

gil i dont think thats a really smart thing to do..
cause we finally have everyone on our side
until now nobody knew what israel was going through!.. but now they ing ooened their eyes and saw the real trougth...
if we kill araft.. how the hell is that gonna help us.. its just gonna make the other countries turn their back no us again..
so i think we should just wait a little.. World War 3 will come anyway!! |

maybe, but think about it...
Arafat is dead scared from the US right now... and he still kills our soldiers (as you could see in the news...), if we won't strike and hard, he won't learn his lesson, we gotta do something to show these stupid arabs that Israel will not tolerate this kind of behavior anymore! |
