Kelowna is good times its just the edm scene is non existent here!!! Im sure with a few good partys and what not a following would develope. I am tryin to get something goin because what Kelowna doesnt need is another cheesy rave. Ne ways Kelowna is an awesome summer town and everyone is up for a good time!
Ps I am trying to organize a beach party here with some awesome talent so if anyone is interested and like the idea let me know!!! Should b a hella good time if everything works out....

| Hey Yah the electronic scene isnt good neither is real hip hop its all top 40 execpt like mainer said the meow is a chill place...but hopefully so there will be more of a liken here for it give it a year or 2 something wil spring up even if I have to spring it in a year haha :) |

Yes I know I'm new to TA, but shh... I know the majority of AUTA's already, so that's gotta get me *some* brownie points don't it?
I'm coming over to Kelowna at the end of the year to hit Big White/Silver Star, and was hoping there'd be at least something EDM related in Kelowna, but judging by this reaction, it seems like I'll have to make do with my discman (and maybe my mates' CD decks, which he'll be bringing along with us for the ride). Doof at our place! (wherever it is... speaking of which, anyone know where I can find accomodation? :P ) |

Yeah, it might be worth the effort for a weekend trip or something. Of course we'll be starting off in van for a couple of days (and I think it's a weekend we arrive too) so it might be an idea to see what's going on. The good thing is that the jetlag will help keep me awake :)
Unfortunately though, myself and my mates will definitely be basing ourselves in Kelowna due to the closeness of the ski fields. As I said, maybe we'll just have to start our own trance related parties ;) |
