hey
once in a while I really am sick of all that commercial they play in the clubs up here... And I feel an urge to dive into a club where it's all about real music, deep/hard/technoish/serious underground electronic music...
I know only of two such places in Surfers right now; MyBar (which has been infested with gays and transvestites, yes! really!), and Biscuit Bar (the name says it all, a real nightclub open from 04AM till 12noon, the only problem is that they do only serve extacy, amphetamines and others, and NO alcohol, plus the average age is 16:) )...
That leaves me with Disco bar as the only alternative, which is a good alternative, got to say that, however, a couple of other places to hang out would be cool... Anyone know of a kewl club, shout out! (Oh yes, and Berlin has been closed, so don't bother mentioning that one :)) |

Oh yeah! I remember one more;
Capitol Lounge Bar in Main Beach, ing awesome place to preparty, beer is cheap, house (music) is great and the chicks are hot:D...
still others are apreciated! |

| As far as i know Disco has shut down as well and transformed into a restaurant. All we have on the coast is the odd rave at Troccadero, three coming up in the next two months as far as I know. Quest in Broadbeach has mostly RNB but dj's sometimes play there like Nick Skitz did a few weeks ago. Elsewhere and Ambasee also play house but never been to either. |
