I might rock up to this tonight with a couple of mates.
Personally I like the crowd at arq. Its generally an older crowd and friendly, but not teenagers running around and chewing your ear off telling you how much they love you friendly. :D |

I had 4 needles stuff up, two channels die, and I could barely hear anything coz the setup was almost impossible to mix on, I give Cam credit where credit is due, he was mixing pretty good considering the bad set up. I couldn't even beatmatch two of my tracks coz the needle on the playing record kept jumping hehehe!
Still, I got my choons signed by Jono and Paavo!!

I had a fcking awesome night last night.
You may or may not have seen me wandering aimlessly. white shoes, jeans, white t-shirt that has escape written on it.
I think brisbane really needs to get it's act together after seeing this. I was totally amazed. Props to everyone that played.
I have also decided that we need chupa-chup machines in qld. Sooooooo good. :)

WOW!! what an amazing night!! Above and Beyonds set was SOOO GOOD!! so many good tunes -> in silence, satelites, no one on earth, their mix of Delerium- silence; sky fall down.. plus heaps of other awsome tracks.. don't remeber the names though lol.
Pavlo and Jono were the nicest down to earth people you could ever meet! they way they were mingling and chatting with us both in the downstairs room early and during their set you would think they were just a couple of TT'ers/TA's. Pavlo came down and had a dance with us during his own set on a number of times. I also spent some time up with him and jono behind the decks while i took pics and some video!!
Ahh and they handed out signed copies of their vynal to us all at the front... lol my first ever vynal... now i just need decks to play it on lol.
Big thanks to Nicki, Jake and all the other TT and TA's that partied with us last night!!

The only person i can distinctivly remember meeting was a chick from TT that had a white TT shirt on. I thought it was chookie wearing her TA shirt :(.
At least i know how to make a fool out of myself i guess.
