You Are Cleared For Takeoff...?

Now i've always loved Vestax (in my not even half a year long djing career) but i honestly think the following product will become a joke. http://www.skratchworx.com/news//comments.php4?id=120

Now of course i dont even know what the hell all those extra buttons are for, but i find alot of the new dj equipment looks so very obnoxious. I mean imagine walking into a booth with a xone:92 in between a pair of those, and a pair of technics sldz cdjs...you'll probably forget whether youre there to lay down a set, or pilot a space shuttle to Pluto. If youre lucky you wont lose your vision from all of the lasers and strobes in the club reflecting off of the equipments disgustingly shiney paintjob.

Yeah I remember reading about this a while back, wasn't it partially designed by Q-Bert?

thats the ugliest damn deck ive ever seen. no thanks, ill keep my 1200s.
Shudder
what the hell is taht?
tu_face
its a scratch tool deck, basically its a deck and a 2 channel mixer all in one unit. it has eq's and a fader, a x-fader + another input to plug in a cd deck.

ugly, yes. useful/space saving if you like your scratching enough i suppose.
