Wow, didn't know any TAs went to NU. That's refreshing =)
The edm scene in Chicago is great across the board. That is once you hit 21 - I had two great fakes taken at Chicago clubs (=. Evanston bars will take anything, but there's no edm scene here.
If you mix, consider coming to WNUR and getting a show. We don't have many trance djs, lots of house. Me and another guy do the progressive bit, but I'll probably venture more into vocal trance next quarter.

that's really good to hear, although i'm really turning into prog. have we met before by any chance -- if not, we need to next year, since it's hard going to many shows when the majority of your friends don't enjoy the scene. nur has some good shows in the late evenings though... but i can't wait for it to get better. |

dunno, probably. I'm Rocky, btw. If any of you guys are in Chicago and are looking for people to go to shows, lemme know. It's always 50/50 whether I can get my house friends to come or not =) |
