Tiesto mixed a killer set last night at Nation. One of the best I've heard him spin in a while. Surprisingly he mixed in a good bit of older tracks rather than playin all the newest stuff and his own stuff off of "Just Be". Of course he played some stuff off of Just Be... but it was a small fraction of the 3 hour set.
The crowd was insane... the set was sick... all around phenominal night at Nation. |

| tiesto's set was very energetic, if it was at any other place than nation then this woulda been a great party, but there were waaaaaaaaaaaay too many ppl in there, impossible to move around at all. I went there healthy and came back with a cold, prolly due to waiting in that damn line whiloe it was raining. I was kinda dissapointed that they didn't have teh foam in there too. The track selection was awesome, the sound wasnt too good tho, I couldnt seem to get to a spot where things sounded right, I always seemed to not be able to hear the entire song, just the highs or the lows or the rumbling nois of all the ppl moving around. FFS could they just stay in one spot for a few mins instead of walking all over the dance floor and pushing ppl everywhere? Tisto was good, the crowd and the sound was dissapointing, but overall I had a great time, I sure wish I coulda met all the ppl form here that went, but I couldnt pick anyone out of that massive crowd, maybe next time :-D |
