Much effort has been put in by us and various other promoters and clubs into assembling great Stampede parties this year. The Daft Punk DJ booking was a scam by a small-time agency, a hard sought-after Basement Jaxx show fell through due to their tour collapsing after Lollapalooza being cancelled, certain couple of DJs grossly overpriced themselves (with us feeling their hard ticket draw wasn't there for their asking price), tobacco companies just aren't touching dj shows much anymore, and of course there was a problem of general lack of availability (big cities come first, and its summer Ibiza season).
However, there has been a beacon in the night shining upon Alberta, and while it isn't a Stampede Cowboys tent event, we are proud to announce that we have been fortunate to confirm a stellar trance event for Calgary during Stampede.

We cannot emphasize enough how important it is for the clubbers of Alberta to attend and pack this event if they want to see more trance shows to happen on the club level in this city, outside of one of the big three trance guys (T,A,F) maybe making the trip to the city once a year herein.
