I just tried to buy tiks online and it's weird but Canada is not an option for country when you are entering in your mailing address. You need to call Ticketmaster by phone to buy tiks.
You also can't find them by searching for Armin. You need to type in "Official Guvernment Boat Cruise"
The good news is that the tech problems are slowing down the inevitable "sell out" for those of us who are big enough fans to keep at it.
