I am a graphic designer. Looks like you really need one! Your logo is hurting big time. ;)
Also, I was curious to know how your site will be any different than ClubVibes? It might sound very blunt, but if you think about it, there is already a similar site out there, ie CV and as far as I know they struggled for a long time to earn respect and get sponsors. I personally don't like that site at all. It is poorly put together and it seems that they just don't want to improve their site at all... They just keep adding components to it as they go on.
