actually there r only the consonants when we write and sometimes u can add those little things that u've mentioned :) but under the consonants (except the "o" vowel that goes above) but its not a must and nobody does it...
but it doesnt mean that we dont pronounce the vowels, indeed they do exist we just dont write them - its not a big deal when u know the word-pronunciation...

no its the same keybord but with the hebrew letters under the english... |

if u didnt get the main point yet here is the example:
lets take the word "computer"
in hebrew "computer" = "mah'shev"
but we write only the "mhshv"...
ps: dont say u r sorry u just dont need to apologise... for me actually its a fun to explain to other people about my language or culture what ever u say...
i saw in your profile u r a student :-) what do u study?
me either as the matter of fact - i study economics and accounting, just in the case u wonder:)
