Whatever, I know for a fact there are a large number of people who frankly hate the music, and only go to shows and stuff to get right ed. The scene doesn't really need that, but to each his own I guess. In Calgary most of that stuff seems to be left to the massives at max bell and such, and it seems to be a lot of the underage crowd.
Go to the nice club events (Although I've never been to any events at the Warehouse believe it or not) and you just get the drinking crowd, and the occasional drunk there to make fun of people in the process, but generally no problems.
Since I've never really partied anywhere else I can't really compare this to any other place, but this is my general feeling of the Calgary scene.
Maybe Vancouver's is very similar. Maybe not. I dunno =P |

Really? I live here in Whistler, and I'd love to know what time share he has bought into. The places here are so nice and big! Does he like to snowboard or ski, or did he buy into it because he likes the place?
I couldn't imagine running into Tiesto or Marco V up here. Although I did manage to snowboard with Rabbit in the Moon last year after their Kiss performance. They smoked me a doobie at the top of the mountain, it was awesome! |
