general warning. dont EVER buy anything from sound control. they are useless. i brought a pair of monitor speakers from them im febuary, they gave me the display models because they didnt have any more in stock and was told 5 days later id have spanking new ones. so off i went home over joyed with my purchace.
cuttin a long story short, we are now 5 days ago, still no new monitors and after numerous phone calls to them during the 3 month period and constant "we will call you back"s and they dont. i got a bit pissed off. called to speak to the manager, and fair enough he was good about it and got me a pair shipped out. they arived yesterday nite.
i plug them in today, listen to them for ten minuetes.....when the right one loses all power n dies! :whip: :whip: :whip: so i just called them up and gave the manager the bolocking of his life. worst customer service i have ever experienced.
am about to go out ang get my new audiophile 24/96 sound card but this has kind of ruined my day. gona b getting another pair soon. but considering this has dragged on over 3 months, i thought id warn you: NEVER SHOP AT SOUND CONTROL! /rant end |
