Hi,
Ticketmaster uses Ticketservice.nl (www.ticketservice.nl in the Netherlands and they sold your dance valley ticket to you. The only number I can find is 0900 number. Maybe you can try on info@ticketservice.nl[/email]
This is what they say about Ticket Delivery
Ordinary Mail Delivery
Tickets will be sent to the address you entered when buying your tickets. If we have any doubts about the contact details you entered, we reserve the right to get in touch with you using the address, telephone number or email address you entered before sending out tickets. If we do not get a reply and cannot get in touch with you, Ticket Service Nederland will cancel your order without notice. The tickets you ordered can be sold to another customer.
Please pay attention to how long mail delivery of your tickets should take. When you order tickets from abroad, your tickets should be delivered within a fortnight. When your tickets are to be delivered in the Netherlands, you should have received them within seven days. If your tickets have not been delivered 48 hours before the event starts, please send an email to [email]info@ticketservice.nl or ring 0900-3001250 (45cpm).
Delivery with a Registered Letter
Big orders or general admission tickets for very popular events will be delivered by registered mail. No extra fees are payable for this extra letter. In case of unsuccessful delivery (when you are not home), you will find a failed delivery note in your mailbox. In that case, you can collect your letter with tickets within three weeks at your local post office. If you do not collect your tickets within three weeks, they will be sent back to Ticket Service Nederland. In case the tickets are returned after the event has already occurred, we will unfortunately not be able to pay any refunds.
International Mail Delivery
If you order your tickets from abroad, we should be able to deliver them to your place within a fortnight.
