Time for the 3rd of hopefully 4 threads
Flames and Sharks.
We know how to work it.
Predictions, talk of the game, the players etc
and on with it
my prediction, if Calgary can win one of the first two in San Jose, we take the series.
Kippie lets in 1 goal in game 1. Who knows if the Flames score.
now weve got the whole country behind us. Calgary is now Canadas team(can you believe that, it seems so strange)

to everybody who hasnt watched flames post season yet, watch a bit of game 3 or 4(in Calgary)
check out the crowd. THAT is a hockey crowd. Its insane.

Sharks have a way better goalis than Detroit. So I think Flames in 7.

Nabokov is hot, true, but I thought CuJo was pretty sweet in the series against Calgary; Detroit lost because they couldn't score a goal in either game 5 or 6.
My prediction is either Flames in 7 or SJ in 5. Like jspot said, I think it depends on whether or not the Flames can get a win in SJ. The only result of these playoffs I've predicted correctly was MTL over Boston in 7 though, so I'm not exactly gonna be betting on this =P |

this is probably gonna be calgary's toughest series... san jose is probably the most under-rated team. I think who ever wins this series will win the cup! Running the goalie doesnt hurt either.. since they did it in the first couple series, might as well keep doing it!
