i'm headin to the House Of Blues later this week, but i completely forgot to ask about the appropriate attire and parkin.. i've been there once but it was for a field trip back in high skool.. lol.. i really dont feel like callin back cuz it takes forever to get someone on the line.. can anyone tell me what the usual clothes would be? and how hard is it to get parkin around there? or even AT the HOB? i know they got a parkin lot, but how much is it? if no one knows, i guess i'll have to call em back..
thnks in advance! |

HOB Chicago doesn't really have a proper dress code. Obviously, you want to dress casual or dress to impress; either way - in Chicago - you've always got to look nice. There is plenty of parking around HOB, at least on every corner there's a parking garage. And depending how long you stay at HOB, you'll spend anywhere from $15 to $25 for parking garages. Dress casual is usually stylish jeans with a button down shirt and dress to impress is usually that Express Mens style clothing. Honestly, always dress nice where ever you go for Chicago's nightlife, because everyone else will be.

I wore my Merril day hikers (pretty uch a greenish colored high top tennis shoe) for PVD and they said nothing.
As long as you are clean, I dont think they will mind.
If you are wiling to walk a few blocks but still want to park in a garage, there is ninja_k's super secret parking garage across from Vision...look for the parking around Chicago venues thread....uwm was supposed to sticky it but alas he did not.
Have fun.....

They did not confiscate any that I saw at PVD....I had mine and so did a lot of other people.
Policy may have changed though.
