| didnt they stop letting dentists use general anesthetic as too many people never woke up from having their teeth taken out coz the dentists wernt trained to use it properly. |

| I had General for when they lasered bone out of my nose, they just injected me with this milky looking stuff and told me to count to 10, i got to 6 if i remember :nervous: |

| Yeah i can't see why a dentist would need to use a general, unless he was really going to town on your mouth. |

| Ketamine was originally designed and is still used, as a general anaesthetic. A mate of mine who was a big ket cainer, was administered ketamine as a GA for an op she had to have on her hand, or arm, cant remember which. Anyway, she just quit ket for 6 months or so and she was fine for the op. |
