So i've decided buying a PS2, and i have been looking at action replay max from http://www.codejunkies.com/ but i can't figure out what exactly it is. I know what i does, cox i had something semilar for my playstation. Is it a piece of hardware with a software cd, or is it just a memorycard with a software cd?
