ME ME ME! You need to know me.
actually..well..umm...Ill be back apr 10-24, then gone for a week, and then back agin April 30.
but here I go anyways.
when the weather gets nice, and you want to hang out, 17th ave between 5th and 16th st(called uptown 17th) is a nice place to chill hang and people watch
Kensington Market is the same..but I like 17th more.
Seeing as divine is on 17th, you might get bored of this really quick.
Warehouse is down the street from teh Whiskey where you saw PvD. they are open friday for house/techno/prog/dnb and Saturday they open @ 3. i wont say any more..events speak for themselves (check masterlist stickied @ top of page for easy reference)
I like to go sit in the Devonian gardens. They are in TD square downtown on the 4th floor. Its a big indoor greenhouse/park/garden area, and its really relaxing. you can explore it for hours. Koi and trout in ponds as well. You could also try eau claire area, including the island, again, once the weather clears up and people head out
There are other clubs that play electronic music, and pletny of cowboy bars. Lots of nice quaint pubs and lounges as well. What kind of stuff are you looking for? Daytime? nighttime? by yourself? groups? |
