| The train is the best option. Direct train Amsterdam - Arnhem, take the bus from there. Or take a cab :) |

Yes well, the cheapest heroin hookers can be found at the Weesperplein/Wibautstraat. That's just 3 subway stops away from Central Station. If you're lazy just pick one up behind the Central Station itself.
