Clubbing in Andalucia in April

ombra75
Hola,

I will be travelling in the Andalucia region of Spain for two weeks from 5 Abril - 18 Abril and was wondering if there are any good clubs/events around, especially in Sevilla, Granada, and Nerja.

If you have any info, websites, that would be great.

Gracia por todos,

I haven't seen any TA from Andalucia on the boards since I'm a member but I suppose somebody has been in Andalucia and he could help you.
Anyway check out this website maybe it will be useful for you:

I am an American studying in Sevilla. I can tell you right now that the scene sucks ass here. There really isnīt much to speak of for House, or anything else. Most of the clubs are like a 10th grade dance with ty hiphop, a lot of people who donīt know how to dance worth a , and terrible soundsystems. However there are a couple of places trying to build what is an underground scene.

Check out Soho or Bauhaus. Steve Bug is going to be here this weekend. Not sure if anything is happening the weeks you will be here. As the other guy said, check out www.clubbingspain.com because it will give you all the events coming up. Except they donīt list Trance events if you are looking for that.

check www.trancespain.com for trance events.

I'm half Spanish living in Toronto, but for a 17 year old I consider myself to know Spain pretty well. Seville has good 'night' scene, just it isn't what you are probably looking for. Around in some little towns, like Utrera or Lebrija(spelled right?), you can surprisingly find some nice relaxed places that will put on chilling house but nothing like Tiesto or Armin style.

I stayed in Santiago De Compostela with my family last summer and went to my paradise in Vigo. The House scene there is fantastic! I am more a Trance type, but for progresive house it has to be one of the more underated places in Spain. Most of Galicia you can find a great atmosphere, but for Trance as a whole, I would check out the east around Zaragoza to Barcelona to Valencia.

Sorry I'm kinda going off topic here....

I studied abroad in granada in 98-am i that old already. but the best place there was called Energia. it is alittle outside of grnada maybe a ten to twenty minute cab ride. there is also Granada Diez right by plaza isabel on the other side of the irish pub. If you have the time and the energia hahaha, grab a walkman and just walk around the city looking for skate shops, hip clothing stores or ask the ppl working there. usually they are very friendly and have flyers and future events posted. hope this helps.
