| I know actual times arent announced yet but does anyone know how they did it last year? What time to the "big" acts start? We're trying to figure out what time to go and how long to stay...thanks! |

| The bigger names start coming out around 5pm or so. But I highly highly reccomend getting there right as the doors open at 11am. Ultra is just too much fun and you dont want to miss a second of it. Plus there are many earlier sets that are a lot better than anything the generic big names can pull out. Like Donald Glaude, who went on last year at 2pm and had the best set of the day. Or Max Graham, or FC Kahuna, Chris Lawrence, or Jimmy van M, etc. |

| Cool, thanks. Point taken, though I would consider people like Max Graham a big name - we will want to be there for that. I just wasnt sure if the first few hours are all local djs or something. We're trying to figure out our game plan since we need to balance Ultra with PVD on Fri night and Carl Cox/Deep Dish Saturday...though I guess everyone else in Miami is probably doing the same thing! |

PVD usually closes on the main stage
Last year he played 11:30 pm - 1 am
And supposedly the mayor of Miami liked it so much he let him play 1 or 2 more songs afterwards
earlier, there was
Oakie started around 6 or 6:30 pm
Tiesto came on afterwards around 8 pm
then Underworld from 9:30 pm - 11:30 pm - the area was so crowded that it was closed off during that time (and I guess the beginning of PVD's set) |
