i'm quite certain this will go through, but probably not as fast as most poeple would want, i know those settlers can be really bothersome. imo faster the better.
but regardless if this happens or not at least he has set a precedent with this announcment and a following PM can take up this issue with little reluctance of public fallout |

guess it shows Sharon is willing to make painful decisions towards peace, unlike the villianous stubborn caricture some people wish to portray him as.
I wish such a good trust-building gesture would be made by the Palestinian leadership. |
