boredom drew me to the '.gov.uk' sites and i found this... http://www.cabinet-office.gov.uk/ceremonial/ its a website where u can nominate some to get an OBE...or a medal for bravery...current suggestions - jay for his sock/antics and scott bond and matt hardwick for obvious reasons....soooo if we all nominate someone enuff maybe they will get one....or maybe not.....
