How can I save a sound I made in Pro53 as a Wav file?

I did some sound with Pro53
I wanna save it as WAV file.

How can I?

and then I wanna use it in Reason.

just record it in soundforge or something..make sure ur recording settings is set to record directly from the playback(u can do this in the volume control)

First, Im using Reason.
But I've tried to record with fl4 and when I wanted to record the sample from the Piano Roll it didn't give me the FULL sound...
I mean it gave me the same sound from the pro-53, but it wasn't the same quailty...

State of Matter
It is the same quality. You put a whole note in the piano roll, export the pattern as a wav file, and it's as high a quality as you'll ever get.
