Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is a pretty decent title. While the game is by no means challenging on "normal" (and I haven't attempted to beat it on any higher difficulty) and it's approximately ~30 hours long without using a strategy guide (that's my time) it is by no means a bad game. The relative lack of game length is made up for by being packed end-to-end with content, there are very few points in the game when you just want to "stop" playing.
Great Voice Acting, compelling visuals, intriguing storyline (which I'm sure they ripped from a book), and there is an actual distinction between the way you choose to end the game. While I am by no means a fan of cheese wars and initially I thought this game would be bad because of that, they somehow managed a positive spin on the star wars world.
This and Frozen Throne are the only releases this year that I have even thought to be decent.. game industry has gone to as of late.
Props to EA for ruining everything.. stupid bastards |
