Havnt played it but i suggest u get cm 03/04 instead.

TCM 2004 is crap, I dont like the ugly locked up 800x600 resolution and the interface is all ed up.
I think CM 03-04 is the BEST managment game ever, CM 03-04 ownz all the previous CM and definatly TCM.
