Moroccans in Holland

I'm starting this thread after a long and difficult discussion with some of you in the SE Stuiver thread (Chill out room) .
First of all i would like to say that it is going to be very difficult for me to express my ideas and opinions concerning this problem , i would prefer to do it in french but most of you won't understand .
I am not a furious nutcase or something , and trust me i'm not a big nationalist person (sometimes i make jokes of my country) . But when it comes to insult my origins & roots , then i can't support it . And As far as i know , no one likes it when its origins are insulted .

I didn't insult the Canadians , i just said that i act better than some people here who spit in the streets , throw garbage everywhere etc ... i noticed that you are trying to make me say what i do not/want to say. I would like also to remind you that i am not agressive , but the way u said those things , i'm sure you weren't joking at all .

But this way they can't fit in the Dutch society, and therefore can't get a decent job! We have to make solutions! |
Ok imagine a Dutch family immigrating to Morocco (i said imagine) . In this family the father & the mother don't know how to write or read , they speak Dutch only , and their kids are still young . Wherever they go people speak Arabic only , and once they come back to home , they speak Dutch only . While those kids grow up , they receive two different culturs . When they are out (school , friends , street , etc...) , they are FORCED to speak Arabic , if they do not they will be marginalized . When they are home , their parents force them to speak Dutch (in order to preserve their culture , their native language , etc ...) . When those kids become teenagers , they don't know to what culture they should stick . When they act at home like Arabic people , their parents get angry . When they act outside like Dutch people , no one pays attention to them . Even when they go to the Netherlands for holidays they are treated as Moroccans not Dutch . Finally , those people don't know if they are Dutch or Moroccans , because wherever they go they are rejected , they can't get jobs , they can't go clubbing like normal people etc ... what do u expect from them now ? if they can't get a job , they'll simply start doing illegal activities . They will deal drugs , they will start stealing cars , rob people , etc ...
That's what happening now in the Netherlands with Moroccan people.
To resume things , if we have to blame someone , it's gonna be both the parents and the authorities . Because none of them is open minded to accept the other's culture .
And i would like just to remind you something , why did the first generation of Moroccans immigrate to Holland after then end of world war II ? because NO ONE (from the Dutch people) in Holland accepted to work as a street sweeper , as a builder , or any of those "bad jobs" . The politicians had to call people from under-developped countries and ask them to immigrate in order to do these kind of jobs .

Do you think it's good to judge a whole country (includings the traditions & stuffs) from what you see in your streets ?? i don't even think that you have the right to do that . I've never been to Holland and trust me i will never say "Dutch people are all drugs addicts" because i read it here . Do not judge my country if you have never lived there or just been there one week or two !!

What u wrote here means that all the Moroccans are bad ... and u expect me not to be furious ?? i won't do the same and insult all the Dutches because i am polite and i a have a lot of wonderful Dutch friends like Miss Proxi , Willem , Nicole , etc ...

First of all it's IMAM not IMAN . An Imam is not a spiritual leader . He calls for the prayers , he leads the prayers and he gives a speech every friday (without excpetion) where he explains some things of Islam , gives somes advises , etc ... He is the leader of no one , and Islam doesn't make the difference between Moroccans , Egyptians , Dutches or i don't know .
And as you know , wherever you go , there are good people and bad people . He shouldn't have say "Europeans had a lower IQ than Pigs" . Most people don't know that Islam is based on tolerance . Islam never says (or said) to kill people (like what's happening in Algeria) . And please DO NOT ASSOCIATE Islam with terrorism (i know some of you do these things) . And i would like to remind you that there's no religion that accepts homosexuality . Even Jews and Christians say "Gay people should be punished" .

Okee, I read the whole discussion to.

I have to say one thing about this, at the beginning Rudy didn't want to attack you, it was just a question, and he asked you cause you are a morrocan you see...
The answer you gave (I think) was a little overruled...he didn't metion it bad to you or to all morrocan people.....it's just a problem here and he was wondering if you maybe knew why, so don't feel attacked or intimitated.

Eh ofcourse i CAN judge the people who live in my country.. im not saying that all the moroccan people are bad.. this is just about the ones who live in our country.
Okay im just going to give my opinion...
By giving a few examples....
Not that long ago.. the imam declared in our country that being homosexual is a disease.. these so called "gay people" are sick in their head.. (according to them) So we get them morrocans(or whatever) into our country... and they start saying that the gay people whom we accepted are sick in there head! WTF! Since most moroccan people are following that imam crap they are almost as guilty as the big loser himself... This is OUR country you just have to keep your own stupid ideas for yourself or get the out of here!

Dude its not like you have to follow every rule of a religion .. although the bible says something bad about 2 guys together.. SO what?? doesnt mean they are less than heterosexual people.. Since we dutchies allready accept homosexual the people who get into our country will just have to accept that easy as that

Last Saturday i went out.. partied..hey whats that over there.. a fight? WoW.. guess who were involved.. yes moroccan people.. wow what a suprise.. glad the bouncers choked them afterwards..
On a middle weekday.. i walked through an alley to get into the mainstreet.. I was alone.. 4 moroccan people were standing there.. acting tough.. i looked straight ahead.. yep there it was "Yo what are you looking at"... yet again a remark which will get most people on their toes.. I just ignore them cause im above them.. but sometimes.. damn
Living in our country for 4 years.. and still not being able to speak the language.. thats just plain old lame.. you dont want to adapt? You dont get our money.. thats my policy.. 2 bad our ignorant goverment is still providing them with money...
Other one.. Dont know the exact numbers but allot of morrocan housewifes.. get money cause "they cant work".. or "cant find a job".. They get this money while some of em have big houses in their homecountry.. are pretty rich where they came from.. guess what the moroccan government isnt doing to find out who gets money from both sides..

Eh we have enough toilet cleaners now.. :p We dont need any more.. but they are still coming.. strange huh..
The crime rate for the imported (sorry for that word) people.. is way higher than the dutch crime rate.. Antilanen are on the 1st place.. turkish and maroccan somewhere around 2 or 3...
Dont say our governement isnt doing to keep the morrocan culture.. your churches are popping up everywhere..
These people get none of my respect.. Since they dont respect others i dont respect them.. |

The city of Utrecht is ruled by the Marrocans.....always sitting and watching you....at Utrecht CS....but just like Henkie i ignore them..:) :)
i'm always wondering ...don't these people have a lifE!!

and like in america you have ghetto's of black people.
in holland you have sort of ghetto's of only morrocan people.
Especially in the big cities Den Haag, utrecht , Amsterdam, Rotterdam
but also in my town with 13000 habtitants there is a place with only morrocan people (say 1500) and that's one of biggest problems here they don't integrate with dutch people and that is bad.
What i'm also seeing is that groups of morrocan people (more than 4) are refused at the doors of big clubs just because of the agression and the way they threat woman.
And this doesn't mean that all morrocan people are like that but still that's what i see. |

I haven't read the thread in the chil out forum.
So I don't know the exact problem.
But I wan't to react on the things DJ is saying.
We (the people in holland) are getting more and more negative feelings against foreigners (incl marocans)
WHY????
This is a fact:
Foreigners are causing the most violence and other crimes.
That's the main reason why dutch people getting pissed of at foreigners. Because of the high rate of crimes they cause in whole europe, all the people are getting against the foreigners.
But there is a difference between
fugitives / and people who come for the money
We should help the fugitives.
When the situation in their country is back to normal they should go back.
These people have to adapt but only a bit. Just try to adapt to our society and learn a little about our language.
But there are people who just come for the money and the good situastion in our country. Mostly they are marocco / turkey and other counties where the situations isn't really bad.
It's OK that they come. But then they got to adapt to our society learn the language so they can get a descent job. And I don't even mension the their religion. because that's another thing that gives problems.
But if they adapt (what they mostly DON'T do) there woudn't be any problem. But they don't adapt and so can't get a job / don't work, are living on the tax that we pay.
And stil we can live with that. Almost nobody in Holland did complain.

But the most important thing still is the violence and crimes they cause.
We dutch people feel intimidated by foreigners.
They have knives / guns. And even kill people because of their religion and don't accept our society.
I notice that all the people in Holland getting "HATE feelings" against foreigners (mostly people from marocco and turkey)
And that we dutch people won't take the problems and wan't to do something against it.
The political organisations against foreigners (which is wrong) are growing as never before and getting more and more members every day. That in whole europe (haider in austria / and look about the situation in Italy they don't even accept black players in their own national team or their favorite club.

Ja idd. dat kan echt niet.
In Duitslandf is dat nog best ernstig joh. geen beschuldigingen aan alle Duitsers hoor, maar ik was een paar jar geleden op vakantie in Turkije zitten we echt op zo'n banaan in het water achter een boot weet je wel. Zaten we met een paar Duitse kindjes, die echt Hitler liedereen aan het zingen waren. Wist niet wat ik meemaake. Die kinderen waren net als ons 14 ofzo. Ernstig.
Veel skinheads daar nog die zo denken. Te gek natuurlijk voor woorden. |
