Does anyone use this and know what its like? Is it safe? Is it worth joining up and using it?

as far as i know its safe

ive used it a couple of times and everythings been cool :)

ive used it for about 6 months and never had a problem and it is practically free.

however if sum1 is going to send YOU money there is a charge 3.1% for credit card payments, and withdrawals from paypal to your bank are subject to a small fee like Ł1 or 50p or sumthing like that

but i have only used it for that once, if you used it to pay people its free.

only way to pay via credit card, esp when getting items from ebay ;)
