the music was ing mint all night. my only problem was my back knacked from about 3am and the club was too smokey/rammed.
but otherwise:
matt hardwick - ing mint trancey set at the start, got me well in the mood.
s.h.o.k.k. - a quality hard trance set from him as usual
signum - pretty decent soft trancey stuff and finished on what ya got for me, (wandered about during most of them)
marco v - ing class, banging it out well, playing some insanley mint tunes, one was well dark and i need to find it out!
jfk - mixing was a bit dump but played some nice bangingish tunes along with a few trancers like "holding onto nothing"
scott bond - a quality trance set, played some uplifting stuff, deep stuff and a few bangers like a white label of poloroid - so damn beautiful (F+W mix) which i neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedd
tom harding - played proper hard but the best thing was his skills on the mixer and scratching, it was superb specially with his volume fader and FX control.
marc west - joined his set when he was playing timeless (RvdB mix) and he caned out tunes of similar hardness from then, a good set and finished on autumntactics (thrilseekers mix)
felt liek utter the day after and getting a train home on a sunday morning was torture but well worth it in the end :) |
