Dam sorry man for the wait, I've been really busy, well here is the what you do to make the Pioneer DV-333 a multi region player:
Turn On with no disc in
On the remote control, press Setup
Select General (certify that the Setup is on Basic).
Press Display
Press Condition
Choose region code and quit Setup
and that should do the trick, as for the PS2 I don't think there is anything like this, but there are mod chips you can install to make it multi region, and you can play pirate games aswell, but I don't know much about them.

Just check out the Hacks.....but remember do it at ur own risk!!!...
