Its still Horizon Fridays. Cheap drinks($2 bottles of domestic, $1.50 Highballs) till 11. Resident Djs are Dom G, Rhett D and Special Agent. Guests for the Night are Zero Gravity(from Slide Saturdays) and Cosmic Gate.
Zero Gravity is opening for Cosmic Gate, and Special Agent will close. Before Zero Gravity will be Rhett and Dom.
what to expect..well Alot of high people. Itll be hot, sweaty, lots of black lights. Full pat downs @ the door, so dont bother bringing pills in, or be really good at hiding them.
If you dont have Advance tix, expect a line in EXCESS of an hour. If you get in at all. Also, if you show up later, say past 1, expect a 30 minute line. They ID hard, and write your info down(drivers liscence, make you sign a page)
umm what else..dance hard. Expect to dance hard. Scream alot. youll feel right at home.
Dont go up on stage unless you are a performer..not the DJ booth stage, but the actual stage, its somewhat 'reserved' for flaggers, poi etc. youll get wacked with something, make the performers upset, and really look out of place. If you want to give it a shot, ask...most people will be more than happy to try and teach you. Theres tonnes of places to sit, and you will notice that the steps are a good place to sit when the couches and booths are all taken.
They do sell redbull, as well as juice, and other energy drinks, so bring money for that. Water is $3 a bottle, but they do let you fill it up again.
Since you are a guy, ill warn you about the bathrooms.. You are pissing into a trough, and recently they put dividers up, so you arent shoulder to should with another guy..but its still a trough.
Dont be afraid to introduce yourself to somebody who looks like they are having a great time. Its a friendly club for the mostpart.

9-12 Dom G and Rhett D, either tag or 1.5 hours each. They play funky bangin disco house. Good times. :thepirate
12-2 Zero Gravity Hard Trance. He can play well, and I expect him to on friday, but for the mostpart, I would say he is mediocre. Its beyond me why Hes opening for Cosmic Gate.
2-5 Cosmic Gate No need for Explanation
5-7 Special Agent Owner and Manager of the club, also a DJ. Hes wicked, Funky techno, that keeps you going even when you thought you had nothing left.
Those are my guesses. Nobody is telling me set times, otherwise, I would share my info.
Oh ya, and there is re-entry. you can leave the club, go outside and come back in. Just make sure your stamp didnt wash off. But when you come back in, you will have to wait in line, and they might make you wait in the ticket holders line(aka the may not get in line) so dont leave, unless you have to, and ask the door bouncer/pat down guy/door girl before you do leave. |
