So my only-djs.com order arrives and I'm lookig at the outside packaging thinking, "that doesn't look too strong, in fact, there's a pretty large hole in the back. I can see straight through to the vinyl covers inside..."
Sure enough, one of the vinyls has a rather shattered look to it with a nice crack running straight through it....
You'd think that paying this much money for shipping and going through a courier company would mean that vinyls would get here in a safe condition.
At least the vinyl that is damaged was the one I bought because I wanted to check it out, rather than the "had to have" ones. |

Man that sucks. I actually feel you pain. That has happened to me a few times. Most places a pretty good about giving you another record. If it is available.
BTW what record got smashed? |

| I received an email from them today and they were good about it. Said there was nothing they could do about the vinyl - they'll complain to the shippers and will credit me for the vinyl (which they already had on their site). |
