No, there isn't. I looked long and hard.

If you know someone who lives in Blaine, Washington you can order from DJmart (http://www.djmart.com/) and send it to them. Then you just drive across the border and pick up your gear from your mule and you're set.

If you order from an online store into Canada you're going to get sacked with a customs bill of around $80-100 + tax. It's expensive, not to mention shipping.
When I decided to buy CD Decks, I worked out I'd only be saving like $50 over ordering from Tom Lee in the end, even though the list price was like $200 lower online.

DJ Gear is expensive, the cheapest place you will find it is the classifieds. Lots of people are constantly giving it up. You can also check the boards at Hipnotik on Columbia in New West, Otis on Davie in Vancouver, and I think Boomtown on Burrard has one as well. I've seen crazy deals up there.
Some guy was selling two 12s + some vestax mixer for $800 awhile ago.

But, if you want a real store to buy your gear at, be ready to pay harshly for it.
